We are currently looking for a part-time Reception Support Coordinator to join our office in Sale, to provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere for staff, site visitors and customers, whilst assisting the Facilities Manager/Team in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment that supports the business and provides an excellent experience to all stakeholders. This role would suit an individual with previous front of house experience and/or facilities exposure, with a willingness to learn new things.

General working hours will be across Wednesday-Friday.

**This role offers you the opportunity to**:

- Greet visitors to the site in a professional and courteous manner. Issuing temporary access passes where appropriate and receiving incoming calls where necessary.
- Receiving helpdesk calls for the Facilities Team and resolving issues where possible, as well as escalating complex queries to the Facilities Manager.
- Sort incoming mail received by the business into departmental / functional areas and to oversee the arrangements for outgoing post. Maintaining records of postage as required.
- Raising purchase orders for products and services used by the Facilities Team.
- Conducting regular stock audits and purchasing printed material and stationary supplies for the business.
- Overseeing the booking of visitor’s car-parking spaces and managing an appropriate booking system for meeting rooms.
- Collate and distribute the First Aid and Fire Marshall whereabouts on a 4 week rolling basis, whilst acting as a first aider and fire marshall for the site.
- Covering sickness, absence and heavy workload within the Facilities Team where required.
- To undertake projects as and when required, to support the needs of the business or to achieve departmental objectives.

- Previous front of house / administration experience.
- Use of and familiar with Microsoft programmes (Word, Excel & Outlook) is essential.
- Knowledge of facilities would be advantageous.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Professional, ‘can-do’ attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong team player.
- An administrative, Facilities management or H&S qualification would be desirable.
