**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
- Coordinate patient treatment plans, ensuring all necessary appointments and follow-ups are scheduled.
- Communicate treatment options, procedures, and costs to patients clearly and effectively.
- Assist in financial discussions with patients, including payment plans and insurance queries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Work closely with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient patient care.
- Address patient concerns and provide exceptional customer service throughout their treatment journey.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to attract new patients and retain existing ones.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software is an advantage.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
