We are looking for a Operational Support Centre Controller to join us at our client site in London on a six month contract. If you are someone who wants to use your technology skills, has an interest in CCTV and operations controlling, and knowledge of current affairs in an exciting security operation centre and can prioritise tasks, engage and coordinate with others whilst identifying threats and risks in a fast-paced environment, then this could be the role for you

As a Operational Support Centre Controller you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

**A typical day in the life as a Operational Support Centre Controller**:

- Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors, contractors, General Public that come to the assignment.
- Provide excellent customer service, and able to deal with situation in a calm and professional manner.
- Monitor all access control areas and deal with any situation.
- Be aware ofyour surroundings for any suspicious activity whilst covering North Gate, Welcome Lane pods whilst in the Control Room using CCTV cameras.
- Monitor the Fire alarm system.
- Be able to report all HSSE issues, escalate when required.
- Log all reported HSSE issues to the correct representative within the estate.
- Adhere to all company procedures and Assignment Instructions or SOP
- Remain in compliance with site, HSSE regulations.
- Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and visitors.
- Able to liaise with external agencies when required.
- Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues.
- Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations.
- Ensure you are fully aware on your responsibilities whilst within the Control Room - logs are updated correct.
