**Responsibilities & Duties: Marketing Admin Assistant**

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

- Booking client meetings
- Diary management
- Data management
- Meet & greet visitors
- Answer the phone and pass on messages
- Make regular follow up calls to lead enquires
- Track all enquires on our software
- Create, manage, and distribute engaging social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, tik tok weekly newsletter via klaviyo etc.).
- Conduct competitor analysis, analyze metrics, and trends to optimize social media strategies.
- Develop brand identity, grow follower engagement, and expand brand reach.
- Act as a liaison between students, staff, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining the website and making updates, such as word press
- Supporting event co-ordination
- Client gifting
- Managing client mailings
- Assist with basic booking tasks using xero
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail packages
- Maintain a clean and organized education centre, preparing a clean environment ready for training.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computer skills, including typing, data entry, and the use of Google Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role is essential
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management practices

- Bolton (required)

Ability to Relocate:
