- Experience managing professional social media accounts for clients (_no, we’re not looking for someone with a thriving Instagram account who fancies having a crack at a role in Social Media_).
- Overflowing with unique, creative social media ideas.
- Eager to work with a team of people to help deliver your ideas (_we’re a collaborative bunch here so we’re not looking for a one-(wo)man-band_).
- A portfolio showcasing enviable social media skills & impactful results.

**Background and company culture**

We will never micro-manage someone and believe in promoting talent internally. Therefore, everyone who works here currently has:

- Summer working hours. Get the work done and take what time off you can.
- Pick you own equipment. Have a brand new MacBook if you want it. I’ll draw the line at 3 extra screens for gaming.
- Annual training budget that's pretty unrestrictive if you can look us in the eye and justify it.
- 2 days a week working in our new Marlow town centre office. The other days you can work where you like, even the moon if you can get Wi-Fi there.
- Company Bonus scheme. If you help us achieve our goals you will be rewarded, we believe in sharing the wealth.

BWP also provides in no particular order: extra birthday day’s holiday, annual all expenses paid trip away (really fun), regular socials, pension scheme, Friday early finishes, pay day lunches, childcare vouchers, volunteering days, employee assistance programmes - i.e. counselling access, bonus scheme and probably more I haven’t remembered.

**What are we looking for from you?**

We’re only interested in speaking to people whose CVs and portfolios showcase:

- **Demonstrable experience** of producing, scheduling and delivering social media content and ideas for a business brand/community.
- **Creativity - **you are brimming with unique, creative and engaging content ideas.
- **Client management skills - **you are comfortable in a client-facing role, you enjoy building relationships and can talk clients through what you’re doing in a clear, concise & friendly manner.

You’ll stand out if you can prove you are:

- **Accurate and detail oriented. **We assume you’ll put the same effort into ensuring your CV/portfolio is grammatically correct and typo-free as you put into your social content. You have been warned
- **A collaborator** - you produce your best work working alongside creative teams, content creators and external partners. (Given the collaborative environment we foster in the agency, we’re not looking for someone who wants to do it all.)
- **A lifelong learner**, passionate about keeping up to date with current social trends and sharing these with the wider team. We want to create unique content and that means staying ahead of the curve and trying new things.
