**Recovery Practitioner/Housing Support Worker**

Adferiad Recovery delivers a flexible and coordinated response to the exceptional circumstances faced by people with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions and related issues. Vulnerable people facing complex life challenges need consistent and seamless support to ensure they remain engaged with vital health and wellbeing services - and to prevent them becoming disenfranchised and isolated.

**Hours: 30 hours per week** Hours will include weekends and bank holidays and unsocial hours (plus additional payments for worked unsocial hours: between 22:00 and 8:00 - 26% of hourly rate.

**Work Pattern**:Current ROTA is in continuous shifts for example: 3/4 days in work and 4/5 days off work. Subject to change although ROTA's are completed 13 weeks in advance.

Weekends 48 hours - 8.5% of hourly rate; Bank Holidays - 33% of hourly rate; Sleep-ins - £60.00 (only one of these enhancements is paid per any hour)

**Salary: £23,658.53 per annum (pro rata £18,926.82)**

**Location: Wrexham**

**The role**:
Under the direction of the Service Manager and the Team Leader, work as part of team or lone working to support and improve the lives of people with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorder. By contributing to the delivery of Adferiad’s Registered Services in Wrexham, in line with our commitment to principles of empowerment, self-management and recovery and ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards inspection and regulation (including Care Inspectorate Wales - CIW).
