Join our team and become a support worker at one of the UK's largest autism charities.

We're looking for caring and enthusiastic people to work with autistic adults during their daily lives, in their homes and as they access the local community.

The salary rate is up to £11.15 per hour.

These are permanent, full-time positions. You don't need previous experience of care work, as full training will be provided by our in-house team - and you'll be paid while you train.

You'll also get continuing support while you work, with the opportunity to develop your skills and obtain social care qualifications.

**What the job involves**:
As a support worker with our charity, no two days are the same. You may be
- Supporting people to access their local communities, including leisure activities, walks, going for a drive and enjoying meals out.
- Supporting individuals in their own properties and helping them through times when they might be feeling worried or anxious.
- Personal care and administering medications as required is a part of the job, but full-training is given by our team.
