Service Assistant

**Reporting of the Role**:
This role reports to the Service & Performance Manager

**Overview of job**:
Based within the Global Outdoor Operations function, this role is responsible for processing print production jobs. Part of the team that sits between Commercial and Delivery, managing production orders through our print partners, passing on to Fulfilment to dispatch for posting.

**Measures of success -**:
**In the first few months, you would have**:

- Learnt Production inbox management and the Global booking & print systems
- Understood the process of Print Production and the role it plays at Global
- Be on your journey to understand the end-to-end processes of Outdoor Media and how it’s managed.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Assisting the Senior Service Exec with overflow, data entry tasks, checking systems to ensure no jobs are missed.
- Produce accurate bespoke production quotes within a reasonable timescale.
- Ensuring that all jobs have been allocated to the Production team, that no jobs have been missed.
- Checking that all Plan C orders are closed off when deadline has passed.
- Working with the Service & Performance Manager and Senior Service Exec to define and deliver high levels of service.
- Perform to the agreed Production levels of service

- Ability to deliver to deadlines
- Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues.
- Problem solver and good attention to detail
- Work on your own initiative and under pressure to meet very strict deadlines.
- Awareness of Out of Home advertising (good to have)
