**Salary**: £12.01ph

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm 40hrs per week

Temporary to Permanent Role

The role:

- Processing invoices & credit notes for both suppliers and sub-contractors
- Using in house AX finance system
- Communicating with depots
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Ensuring that all accounts payable activities comply with relevant financial policies and procedures
- At least 2 years experience within an accounts payable role
- Strong organisational skills
- IT literacy, including Microsoft Excel & Word
- The ability to work well in a team & collaborate with others
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to actively listen to others and relay information clearly
- The ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Working knowledge of general accounting procedures
