The Internal Sales Representative will support the team in business development by efficiently quoting laser cut product to customers. They will also develop relationships with our customers.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Produce quotations using Sigmatek software ,
- Call customers to follow up on quotations
- Gathering market, customer and competitor information
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- Liaising market trends and build patterns back to the Sales Manager, Purchasing and Production departments for forecasting
- Attend team meetings and work as part of the Sales Team with colleagues
- Sales and customer service KPI reporting

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Excellent communication and people skills
- The ability and desire to sell
- A polite and friendly attitude, good telephone manner.
- A positive, confident and dedicated approach
- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of customer needs
- Ability to use computer software (Experience using Sigmanest and MRP would be a great advantage.)
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- The ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Knowledge of steel grades would be an advantage

Salary commensurate with experience
