- The Technology Business Partner Associate responsibility includes supporting various daily operations and technology projects focused on improving business processes and the technology experience for employees.
- Projects may include identity and access management, vendor management activities, technology convergence, software inventory management, and ad hoc operational support related to the portfolio.

**Meet our Team**
- As a Technology Business Partner Associate you will support multiple initiatives driving the evolution of our system landscape through collaboration with internal business tool owners, Employee Technology Experience (ETX) partners, vendors, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
- You are part of the ETX Organization you help increase employee productivity, creativity, security, and satisfaction. You empower employees with an exceptional end-user computing and collaboration technology experience.

**Your way to Impact**
- You support the evolution of the system landscape at PayPal through technology improvements and convergence of technical capabilities, enabling employees to deliver the best products and services to PayPal customers.
- You will support convergence projects that evolve the portfolio and deliver the best user-experience for employees.

**Your day-to-day**
- In your day-to-day role you will:_
- Support technology change and improvement initiatives for system and third-party platform portfolio
- Support convergence opportunities that continue unification and consolidation of technology capabilities
- Support vendor management activities such as license management for cost optimizing and contract renewals
- Work closely with Security, Risk & Compliance, Finance and Third-Party Management teams on vendor management activities
- Partner with business teams and other technology partners to ensure bi-directional awareness and alignment for technology portfolio initiatives
- Share business insights and learnings to ETX, propose improvements and initiatives that might benefit all employees
- Understand and communicate ETX initiatives to be incorporated into business plans
- Prepare software budget and forecast data related to licensing, increased fees or cost savings opportunities
- Support ad hoc projects with cross-functional teams within the organization

**What do you need to bring**
- Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems, Advanced support of Microsoft Office Suites including troubleshooting
- Eagerness and desire to solve big problems and take on challenges that drive significant change
- Ability to collaborate across teams, regions and functions and communicate clearly at all levels.
