Reed Business Support are working with one of the world's most recognisable brand names within the Motor industry. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Developer/Performance Manager to join their business on a permanentbasis.

Salary
- £43,000 + 10% company bonus

The role
- Working with selected partners to take responsibility for implementing the bespoke retention, sales, marketing, oversight and process strategies designed to deliver budgeted performances for all stakeholders, and good outcomes for consumers
Duties
- Provide a high standard of service to designated Centre Partners.
- Take overarching responsibility for the relationship and F&I related performance of designated partners. In addition, liaise with the relevant specialist team to address and develop performances.
- Maximise finance volume and profitability from good quality retail car finance business.
- Prepare and develop bespoke customer focused sales strategies for designated Centres covering Sales Process, Marketing Strategy and Sales Training.
- Ensure all sales processes are compliant and fully take into consideration customers’ needs and requirements. They should be designed to deliver appropriate product propositions to the customer.
- Recommend and support the implementation of appropriate management controls and performance monitoring.
- Gain buy-in from Senior Centre Management for implementation of the required processes and programmes, including timescales, success criteria, management controls, and performance monitoring.
- Support and develop retention performance.
- Monitor and agree joint actions and drive performance with partners of responsibility
- Ensure each partner has the appropriate resource and structure for the size of customer base.
- Train and coach relevant staff from both a technical & presenting skills basis.
- Monitor new vehicle finance performance as part of the quarterly review structure. Highlight sales / finance opportunities, agreeing any remedial actions.
- Holding quarterly reviews with senior management.
- Escalating any oversight concerns to senior partner management.
- Support information and document gathering to maintain TFS/LFS compliance and oversight records.
- Collate, analyse and produce performance information.
- Ensure the effective use of laptop technology to produce required management information and the necessary administration to supplement the sales support function.
