Our interactive, Cyber Security eLearning and simulated phishing campaigns teach personnel how to safeguard their organisation and protect critical information. Our approach to training is effective in achieving compliance and behavioural change, through reinforcement of key messages in a non-threatening, jargon-free way.

**The opportunity and role purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition within the B2B market.
- Manage the company's online presence, including website optimisation, SEO, SEM, and social media channels, to drive inbound traffic and conversions.
- Identify target customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach and engage key decision-makers in small businesses.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, workshops, and industry conferences, to showcase our cybersecurity awareness solutions and establish thought leadership.
- Design and develop business cases for new marketing activities including budgets and expected returns.
- Analyse marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, optimise campaigns, and report on results to key stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives as needed.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, particularly in the cybersecurity domain.
- Contribute to the development of the company's overall marketing strategy and roadmap, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B marketing.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and terminology, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences is preferable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content tailored to different audiences.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Team player with strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
