**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the marketing executive will work closely with the marketing team to support all marketing functions as follows:

- Execute marketing campaigns from start to finish via platforms such as Mailchimp.
- Support with social media content to align with marketing campaigns.
- Produce engaging content, with a keen eye for detail and good copywriting skills.
- Detail oriented and organised to ensure marketing tasks are delivered on time.
- Support the team with PR, marketing, events and social campaigns - with an integrated approach to marketing campaigns to maximise results.
- Drive social media engagement across LinkedIn (primary) and other Meta platforms (secondary).
- Undertake any other duties as requested by the line manager, commensurate with the role.

**About you**
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) or any other marketing qualification.
- An experienced marketer with at least two years’ experience in delivering marketing campaigns and creating content for lead generation.
- Good understanding of marketing practices, campaign management, events, social media marketing and content marketing.
- Able to take the initiative in highlighting any gaps or introducing new ideas.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and to multitask.
- Proactive, with good communication skills.
- Tech savvy and comfortable with using marketing, web and social media tools such as Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, WordPress and other CRMs _(Essential)._
- Ability to understand Google Analytics _(desirable)_.

**What can you expect from us**
- Salary ranging from £25,000 - £27,000 - depending on the level of experience
