Reporting to the Marketing Manager the purpose of this role is to assist the Marketing Team to achieve the company’s marketing strategy. You'll be creating, managing, and running integrated marketing campaigns for Distinction Doors to promote our products and services.

Key responsibilities include:

- Deliver fresh, effective, and integrated marketing campaigns to promote our comprehensive marketing plan and to successfully drive brand awareness.
- Proactively identify opportunities for our customers to increase their online and offline presence and proactively enhance the customer user experience.
- Assist with the company’s PR strategy by researching trade magazines and identifying PR hooks/ideas and acting upon these by creating a full marketing campaign/plan of action and monitoring results.
- Assist in video production and editing.
- Assist with charity and events organisation hosted by the Company including trade show exhibitions.
- Develop and deliver engaging digital marketing campaigns and online content including but not limited to e-marketing, social media, website blog.
- Manage the social media platforms and activities including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn. Posting engaging high-quality content that engages with the audience and helps to grow numbers of followers and connections.
- Website management and analytics - full review of all content and update regularly. Responsible for increasing the customers on the showroom locator.
- Door-designer full management and analytics - responsible for increasing customer accounts.
- Drive traffic to our website and door-designer by creating editorial online content including blog posts, editing, and proofreading, distributing press releases/ case studies and testimonials.
- Look at industry news, and qualitative and quantitative data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.) to identify new opportunities and trends reporting back on where these can add value or create impact.
- Monitor offline activities against the Marketing KPIs and budgets.
- Track online engagement (websites, social media platforms, Campaign Monitor etc.), monitor against KPIs and use results to strategise ongoing marketing tactics.
- Monitor and benchmark competitor marketing initiatives.

- Be confident producing visual content and willing to adapt a writing style in line with brand guidelines and to suit different audiences.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Be creative and motivated.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Manage time effectively, willing to work to tight deadlines when necessary.
- Confidently and respectfully communicate with customers, followers and internal employees.
- Be confident in creating digital eye-catching visual content.
- Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.

Have an ability to work cross-functionally across relevant teams.

Education and Knowledge
- A Marketing or Graphic Design degree/qualification.
- Evidence of at least two year’s marketing experience, preferably in B2B environment.
- Experience of using Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
