**Responsibilities**:

- Keying customer orders, ensuring the right prices are charged, managing, arranging and documenting customer shipments, preparing pro-forma invoices where advance payment is required.
- Processing samples for Key Accounts and sample sets for sales agents.
- Communicating with accounts / finance department on customer balances, forecasts of value to ship, etc.
- Update Monday Wholesale Reports: weekly/monthly sales overview, best and worst sellers, sell through, recommendations for highlighting slower stock, etc.
- Preparing seasonal product analysis - sales figures by style/country/agent and feedback of lessons learnt back to the merchandiser, buyer & designers.
- Using sales analysis and product information to promote product through LinkedIn and other promotional opportunities.
- Any other ad hoc analysis

**Essential Skills & Requirements**:

- Educated to degree level. Previous experience in wholesale an advantage.
- Excellent PC skills, including MS office and Excel (intermediate to advanced).
- High level of numeracy and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Capable of managing own workload and confident in liaising at all levels of the business.

- Well organised with excellent attention to detail and works well under pressure
- Strong interest in food products, groceries and toiletries

Full time position with immediate start. Salary dependent on experience.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
