**What we are looking for**:

- Enthusiastic, organised and creative individuals to work as a member of our friendly team delivering high standards of activities to our residents.
- Good basic IT skills: outlook, word, excel
- Previous experience in the role would be an advantage

**What will you be doing**:

- Supporting the Activities & well-being team manager to ensure entertainment is organized on a regular basis.
- Support the Activities Coordinator in planning individual and group outings on a regular (weekly / fortnightly) basis
- One-to-one activities with residents, such as reminiscing, reading etc.
- Assisting in planning and running our summer and Christmas fetes
- Accompanying residents on trips in our minibus and car
- Assisting with any other tasks as requested to ensure the smooth running of the home

**PAY**
- From £10.90 per hour (age 23+)
- 10% additional pay at weekends
- 50% extra pay on Bank holidays.

**Although we may consider applicants without qualifications or experience, the following would be an advantage**:

- Experience of working with the elderly, preferably in a care home environment
- NVQ2 in health and social care or equivalent.
