**Business & Operations Manager**

**£45,000 - £50,000 Base + Benefits**

**London Bridge (2 days remote per week)**

**Job description**:
My client are an innovative strategic and video communications specialist that provide targeted video strategies. Their core focus is to support organisations and businesses in communicating change and innovation in an array of industries with globally recognisedclients within the Technology, Finance, Insurance & Beauty.

You will be a vital member of a small but rapidly growing team in an innovative and growing business. You will be a self-starter, independent thinker, adept at working with a variety of stakeholders and taking instruction and feedback to find the best outcomesfor the business and it’s clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for managing the overall process, resource and work traffic, ownership of who’s doing what and when based on project plan set out by the Project Manager. Working closely with the Project Manager who will request when the requiredresource is needed.
- Resourcing / contracts admin and issuing/ communicating billing process and policy to contractors, issuing NDAs
- Responsible for day to day office management including general office admin and support.
- Overall responsibility of office rota and external resource working location
- Insurance audit/ renewals
- Oversee IT / outsourced support/ HR outsourced support
- Overseeing staff absence
- Oversee schedules for staff reviews/ development/ coaching/ project wash-up/ client handling workshops

**Requirements**:

- Proven and relevant experience as a Business and/or Operations and role
- Ability to create and manage business plans
- Willingness to lead by example and get involved in the day-to-day operations of individual sites where required
- Strong understanding of the industry commercials and financials, budgets, P&Ls, day-to-day controls mechanisms
- Working closely with the directors on planning and strategy.
- Be organised and efficient in your work
- Independent thinking and decision-making skills
- An ability to communicate clearly and be decisive when required.
