As a**Business Development Manager**your **responsibilities and duties** will includes:

- Focus on building out relationships/network within the UK Accountancy Sector
- Target and prospect new clients via linkedin, Headhunting tools and attending trade shows
- Conversion of Inbound leads, building relationships and updating salesforce accordingly
- Managing consultative sales cycle including platform demonstrations and ongoing negotiations
- Represent my clients brand throughout the market
- Help the business scale supporting on policy and process creation
- Collaborate with marketing to build targeted campaigns
- Work closely with our client onboarding team to ensure a seamless end to end client experience
- Grow your understanding of the Accountancy Sector via Webinars and stay up to date with market trends

**Essential Skills and Competencies** of the**Business Development Manager**
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience in SDR or BDM function
- Ideally experience selling a SaaS / software / FinTech solution
- Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding targets
- Confident on managing full sales cycle
- Competent at convincing decision makers of the bene?ts of using advisory that seamlessly integrates within their practice
- Experience managing and closing end to end sales cycles
- History of using Salesforce a plus
- Competent in using challenger sales methods
