**What you could be part of**:
Our Housing and Benefits team works with vulnerable customers to support them with housing benefit. We provide advice and guidance around housing, homelessness prevention, and housing solutions to each individuals housing need. This role is based at the Broadland District Council office, and as part of the wider team your role is to support customer to access our housing register.

Working with us would enable you to be part of an organisation which is proud to deliver high-quality, customer focussed services. - Assessing housing type and banding needed in line with Home Options policy
- Working within the team to support customers with housing and benefit advice.
