Our client is looking for a well rounded Housing Support Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

The purpose of this role is to assist the Neighbourhood housing team in the monitoring and updating of all databases, coordination of statistical information and providing administrative support to the team.

The main duties of the role is to
- Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- To arrange face to face or telephone interviews and sign-ups with customers.
- To arrange maintenance visits for various contracts within our schemes.
- To end and input new tenancies/ transfers and mutual exchange information onto relevant systems as a priority.
- To complete all void admin processes
- To manage the administration of ordering supplies and stationary as required.
- Assist in the support of office systems

This is a full time position working 37hrs a week and will start on a temporary basis
