THE COMPANY:
Heritage Law have been established in Norwich for the last five years, servicing an ever-increasing client base with bespoke private client services. We are instructed by a wide range of clients from all walks of life.

We handle a variety of private client matters, including Will drafting, preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate and tax planning, Court of Protection matters, Trust creation/administration and Probate/estate administrations. We also cover conveyancing work and property work more generally.

THE ROLE:
We are looking for a motivated and organised adminstrator to join our team. You will be working primarily with the private client side of the business supporting the lawyers with, amongst other things, the following tasks:

- Opening, scanning and sorting all incoming post.
- Dealing with all outgoing post
- Scanning and storage of documents
- Printing and collating letters and documents
- Covering phones and assisting the lawyers with diary management
- File openings and closures
- Assisting with ID requirements and checks
- Trust registrations

This role is perfect for someone looking for an opportunity to gain experience of working in a busy, tight knit legal firm but would equally suit someone with a good background in administration.
