Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
An amazing opportunity for a career sales manager to work for our client, who is a leading provider of award-winning payment solutions. They specialise in delivering cutting-edge technology to businesses, enabling them to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences. As a dynamic senior sales manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts forward, leading a team of talented individuals to achieve and exceed targets.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
**Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets. Provide ongoing coaching and development to maximise performance and foster a culture of success.
**Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Collaborate with senior management to set clear objectives and KPIs, and regularly report on progress and results.
**Pipeline Management**: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on leads and opportunities. Implement effective sales processes and workflows to drive efficiency and optimise conversion rates.
**Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating deep knowledge of our products and services.
**Performance Management**: Set clear performance expectations and goals for team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback. Recognise and reward top performers, while addressing underperformance through coaching and development plans.
**Qualifications**:
- A proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the payments epos or technology sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and colleagues.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive continuous improvement
- High level of resilience, tenacity, and determination to overcome challenges and drive success.
- Experience in talent acquisition and development, with a keen eye for identifying top sales talent.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools for pipeline management and performance tracking.
**Benefits**:
6 month Probationary Starting basic salary of £35k
38k thereafter + bonus incentive
