Dental Receptionist

We are now recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join our experienced team of receptionists at mydentist Winton.
Total working hours 20-40 per week, between the hours of 0800-2000 Monday-Thursday & 0800-1700 Fridays.
Mydentist is offering a competitive salary and an exciting working environment. We are a friendly practice with a good representation who provide professional dentistry services to the local community.
Reception Duties include:
- Undertaking of daily opening and closing procedures including cash handling and banking procedures
- Optimising diaries through efficient management processes, ensuring appropriate spread of appointment types throughout each day
- Take action to fill cancellations immediately to reduce any potential surgery downtime
- Liaise closely with nurses and dentists to ensure smart diary management.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer service skills, previous experience of working on a busy reception in a customer focused organisation desired
- Demonstrates flexibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Ability to use IT and operate a computer based systems
