Can you be our next Finance Assistant to join our Treasury team? You will report to the the Finance Team Leader and will support the team with managing current and projected cash inflows and outflows, as well as ensuring that cash is properly allocated.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), Monday-Friday and is also hybrid.

**Day to day duties will include**:

- Setting up new suppliers.
- Supplier statement reconciliation.
- Supplier payments, bacs, faster and chaps.
- Supplier contact - dealing with suppliers chasing/requesting payments.
- Overhead invoice coding, PO matching and processing.
- Overhead analysis and comparison to budget.
- Staff expenses - checking, coding and processing.
- Company credit cards - checking, coding and processing.
- Customer receipts - posting and allocating.
- Bank account reconciliations.
- Cashbook postings - DD’s, standing orders etc.
- Creditor ledger maintenance.
- Use initiative to problem solve and achieve results.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to internal and external queries.
- Ad hoc duties as required by the company i.e. filing, document distribution etc.

**What we need from you**:

- Excellent administration skills, with great attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Efficient and organised.
- Experience or exposure of working in a similar role would be beneficial but not required.
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
