As Office Manager / Service Coordinator you will be responsible for the successful operation of the head office, as well as organising the team of engineers.
**The Role**:
- General office / admin duties, purchasing office products, filing, answering the phone.
- Managing office contracts and workplace regulations.
- Accounts duties including monthly invoice processing, expenses, time-sheets, debt collection.
- Assisting with preparation of financial statements and HMRC reporting.
- Organising maintenance and reactive work streams - booking engineers appointments, product purchases, quotations.
- Supporting Project Managers on larger projects.
- Opening/closing the office (this task is shared with other employees).
- Other ad hoc tasks.
**What we are looking for**:
- Prior experience in a similar office manager role.
- Experience coordinating diaries/appointments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge/experience of the SAGE system would be beneficial.
This is a full time permanent office based role based in Beeston, Nottingham.
