Right now we are looking to recruit a **Hospitality Management Trainer (1 day per week at our Kennington office)**
You will be designing and delivering ILM level 3 Leadership and Management training to learners based in Hospitality Organisations across the London Boroughs, primarily online but with 2 days of course delivered via face to face sessions. You will ensure that the programmes are interactive and engaging whilst adhering to Ofsted and other relevant quality frameworks. You will be providing online classroom-based workshops supported by 1:1 and group study sessions to enable learners to successfully achieve the level 3 Principles of leadership and management qualification and gaining positive career progression outcomes within their organisations.

**YOUR IMPACT**:
- Work closely with the Operational Manager, IQA and Quality Manager to design a programme that meets the needs of all stakeholders including the regions care employers.
- Create in tandem with employers work based scenarios that challenge and develop learners’ skills and knowledge across the relevant modules
- Deliver training to the required standard to learners in groups and on an individual basis
- Set and mark assignments within the required timescales accurately
- Provide developmental feedback to learners on work set
- Ensure all learners complete work to the correct standard and within the timeframes to ensure timely completion of the course
- Maintain an effective delivery grade at each observation
- Maintain pedagogical and vocational CPD as relevant for the programme
- Ensure all delivery and marked course work is compliant with the standards set by the awarding organisation (ILM).
- Work with the lead IQA to ensure minimum referrals are received for your learners’ work - 5% is the benchmark
- Maintain accurate records of learners attendance on programme
- Ensure a retention and achievement rate of 90%
- Work with the operational lead and quality team to continuously improve the provision
- Ensure that all learners are supported throughout the programme into positive career progression outcomes
**WHO WE SEEK**:
- Proven experience in delivering Leadership and Management Training at Level 3 and above
- Commitment to providing good quality delivery and an understanding of Ofsted requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated at all levels both internally and externally
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Must hold a management qualification at level 3 or above
- Must be qualified as a trainer at a minimum of a level 3, desirable to have an additional assessing qualification
- A background in Hospitality would be desirable but not essential
