The Workforce directorate are looking for a Prevention Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA) Trainer to join their team.
This post is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PMVA trainer with an interest in violence reduction within a healthcare setting.
This is an exciting time to join UCLH as we develop our PMVA offering to protect our staff and our patients. You will report to our PMVA Lead and will be responsible for training delivery of assault avoidance and restraint training. In this role, you will be expected to deliver training in the classroom to a minimum of 3 days per week.
We are looking for a specific set of skills and qualifications to meet the needs of the service. You will have a CRT training background, preferably with the National Federation of Personal Safety (NFPS). You will also hold educational qualifications to deliver high quality training and advice to all our staff.
