37 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).

Permanent, full time.

**About you**:Ideally you should have a Level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline (HNC or equivalent) and have relevant educational/training experience. You should also hold a level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT Literate to level 2. Assessor Awards are not essential but would be advantageous.

We have a range of potential flexible working options available including agile working, sabbatical leave and job share, where it meets the needs of the College. Sickness benefits here are generous, and staff are also provided with free access to independent occupational health, the Employee Support Helpline, a 24-hour life management and personal support helpline. The College also employs a dedicated Heath and Wellbeing Co-ordinator, who provides support and organises very popular events across the Group, as well as providing access to a variety of free wellbeing resources.

There is free car parking at all of our main colleges as well as bike storage, and If you are based in the South we can also offer a 10% discount at the Lilliput Day Nursery in Neath.
