At Measurabl, the Customer Support Associate serves as the front line of support for clients to ensure satisfaction and accurate reporting.

**Essential Functions & Responsibilities**:
The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Customer Support:

- Utilize support programs to track that client needs are being met in an efficient and timely manner
- Assist customers by troubleshooting issues, questions, or tasks and provide actionable tips and solutions; or delegate requests to the appropriate internal department.
- Resolve customer requests via Zendesk, our ticketing platform, and occasionally via Zoom as needed
- Serve as a product expert by keeping up with new features and tracking bug fixes

Data Management:

- Upload client sustainability data (namely energy, water, and waste utilities) to their account
- Identity and escalate bugs that arise in the software
- Manage and validate bulk upload templates
- Audit/review the data uploaded to Measurabl matches the data provided
- Manually input customer data (utility and non-utility data) accurately and timely

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Ability to work and communicate effectively with others in a diverse, multiethnic, and multicultural work environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, decentralized environment
- Ability to think critically
- Self-Starter
- Working knowledge of Excel including experience with Vlookups and Pivot Tables

- Working experience in Excel
- Fluent in English and German
- High School Diploma or GED
- A combination of professional or educational experience (whether formal or informal) that affords you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities above

**Compensation Range**:

- £42,181 to £51,555 + DOE
