**About Our Client**:
Small business within professional services
- Assisting the Advisers in delivery of high-quality financial advice to their clients as part of the financial advice process
- Handling initial client enquiries in person, in writing & by telephone
- Providing on-going liaison and support for existing clients
- Creating & maintaining compliant client files (manual & computer based)
- Intelligent Office CRM system for task management and business submissions
- Packaging & issuing client reports and product brochures
- Post-sales administration
- Managing & preparing for client reviews
- Diary management for advisers
**The Successful Applicant**:
Required skills and qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
- Fully proficient in Microsoft office (particularly Word & Excel)
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Administration experience desired but not necessary as training and guidance will be provided
- A working knowledge of different types of financial products and related administration issues
- Knowledge of financial regulations relating to the role
- Understanding general compliance requirements for processing financial transactions.
- Use of back office & provider systems (experience of Intelligent Office preferred)
**What's on Offer**:
- Office based in Midlothian
- The working week is 35 hours; hours of work are 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch.
- Holiday allowance will be 28 days' annual leave.
- Workplace pension.
- We are keen to support staff in furthering their development, with opportunities of studying CII exams. Support with cost of study.
