**Overview**:
There’s never been a better time to join the amazing No7 Cosmetics team As a Global Product Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the No7 Cosmetics Product Development team with key activities that help get our products ready for launch. This is a vital role in supporting our Global Product team to deliver amazing NPD
Diving a little deeper into your role as Global Product Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the team, be the key coordination point for all stakeholders, and you’ll build strong relationships across the business, ensuring proactive support and clear communication as required. Your ability to manage multiple workstreams at any given time will be key, as will be your comfort in working seamlessly within our matrix organisation.
There is lots of scope to learn and develop in the role, with additional projects or product development of your own. You will report into the Global Product Development Manager within No7 Cosmetics.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribution to the end-to-end development process, by leading and coordinating the product set up on behalf of the Global Product team
- Manage and maintain Product Line List
- Ensure product team are equipped with relevant product materials incl. samples
- Support Global Assistant Product Managers from brief to finished product delivery
- Share best practice through matrix working
- Screening of competitor benchmarks/new category launches
- Manage agency partners incl. PO generation.

- You’re passionate & thrive on finding new and improved ways of doing
