Overview:
You will be a crucial part of the UK No7 brand team - your primary role will be supporting the local brand team in building strong activation plans for No7 that maximises both the short-term and long-term value to the business.

You will be passionate about consumers, putting them at the heart of everything you do. You will provide support to the brand team in building strong activation plans that maximises both the short-term sales and long-term brand building. You will be able to manage multiple projects and can thrive working in a matrix organisation. This is a fast-paced role and requires someone who is motivated, tenacious and a real team player.
- Supporting the Brand Manager and Assistant Brand Manager on delivery of No7’s largest advertising campaigns. This would include planning and execution of paid, owned and earned channels.
- Supporting the entire No7 local brand team with general admin, samples and purchase orders.

What you’ll need to have:

- Entry level marketing experience, ideally with a marketing or business degree
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial acumen
- Interest and passion for beauty and skincare
- Passionate about meeting customers’ needs
- Collaborative, team player able to work autonomously
- Able to build strong working relationships across levels, geographies, and functions with a cross functional team

Hybrid Working (3 set days in the office) We offer our Support Office team members a 3/2 hybrid working approach, based upon empowerment, accountability, care, and trust, which includes a mix of remote and office-based working - our set office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and WFH days are Monday and Friday.
