About the Role

No7 Beauty Company is a leading global beauty company, with five iconic brands - No7, Liz Earle, Soap & Glory, Botanics and Sleek MakeUP. We are seeking an experienced Senior Safety Specialist to join our team.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

As a Senior Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for leading safety activities during Innovation and New Product Development (NPD), ensuring that products on the market are safe through their lifecycle. You will also be responsible for building scientific expertise in safety fields and technologies, driving continuous improvement of products and protecting the brand and business.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience of safety assessment in FMCG or the chemistry industry, with cosmetics experience being an advantage. A higher qualification in one of the following disciplines is required: Pharmacy, Toxicology, Medicine, Dermatology.
