**Receptionist - Administrator**
Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our busy and thriving branch
**For this Receptionist/Administrator role you will be responsible for;**:
- Ensure sufficient supply of office stock
- Ordering equipment
- Taking and directing calls, via a switchboard
- Diary management, maintaining Reception based presence
- Representing the business with a positive & professional attitude
- General office duties such as filing, processing incoming/outgoing mail etc.
**For this Receptionist / Administrator role you will need;**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Professional approach Excellent telephone / communication skills
- Previous Admin or Reception experience
**Job Details of this Receptionist / Administrator role**
Working hours: Monday to Friday - Either 08:00 - 17:00 or 08:30 - 17:30 - The choice is yours.
Pay Rate: £10PH after 12 weeks this then will be £11PH
Duration: Temp to Perm
Location: Stoke on Trent
