**Fabrication Assistant**

£20,000 - £25,000 p/a (dependent on experience), Burgess Hill, Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm/3pm finish on Fridays, 20 days annual leave + Christmas shutdown + bank holidays, Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, Pension, Parking.

We are thrilled to be supporting our client in their search for a Fabrication Assistant. This role will work closely with the Fabrication and Welding teams, supporting all aspects of both departments.
- To prepare all materials ready for fabrication
- Cutting and drilling and other general workshop activities
- Ensure the fabrication area remains tidy and organised
- Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines
- Complete any paperwork in a timely and efficient manner

**Requirements**:
Competency within a factory setting and working to H&S measures would be desirable. You will need to be a good communicator, flexible and enthusiastic in your approach to work and changing activities. A great team player. Ability to work independently withinitiative. A forklift licence would be preferable but is not essential.
