About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabric Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks as per CAFM and management instructions, including painting, joinery, minor building repairs, and other general duties.
  • Close and update completed PPM tasks on the site's CAFM system (Concept MRI Pro).
  • Ensure high standards of workmanship are maintained to maximize the operation effectiveness and reliability of the building and associated systems.
  • Assist specialist subcontractors' requirements for PPM and reactive works, as needed.
  • Adhere to company QA and site procedures in all aspects.
  • Maintain accurate site records and documentation in association with all site works.
  • Perform tasks in typical building environments and at heights, working from platforms and ladders, with access equipment and PPE provided.
  • Keep and maintain all company-issued tools in a safe and serviceable manner.
  • Proactively work towards the continued success and support of the contract with a positive approach.
  • Comply with Integral's Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures, as detailed in the site plans.
  • Complete any other associated tasks requested by management.
  • Perform quarterly fire door 7-point inspections (Training will be provided).
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar position within a maintenance environment.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a time-served apprenticeship, C&G/NVQ, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of toolbox talks, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
  • Ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling and working at heights.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to use computers.
  • Good Health and Safety awareness and knowledge.
  • Ability to act as an interface with clients, visitors, and guests, and to collaborate to solve problems and resolve unique situations with professionalism and service orientation.
  • Enthusiasm and proactive approach to achieving the highest standard of operation.
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision, planning and managing work under time constraints.
  • A high level of initiative, with a drive to continuously improve the operation.
  • Integrity, honesty, and punctuality are expected.
  • A collaborative team player, who works effectively to achieve common goals.
