Olleco is on a mission to help protect the planet, working together with thousands of foodservice businesses to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by hundreds and thousands of tonnes. We are now looking for a HR Administrator to join our team and help us to continueto do things the right way for customers, colleagues and the planet.
With over 1,000 colleagues in multiple sites nationwide delivering excellence performance, we supply premium cooking oils, and collect organic waste, which is then converted into bio-methane, electricity, heat and organic fertiliser. We offer the human touchwith a local, community based depots which seek to give back to those communities every chance we get.

**A little bit more about the role**:
- Creating and issuing all contracts and paperwork associated with employee terms and conditions and HR compliance
- Ensuring that HR records and documents remain up to date and compliant
- Carrying out post-offer employee checks
- Processing leavers
- Managing the HR mailbox and incoming calls to the department
- Organising ID cards for new starters as well as replacements
- Issuing eye test vouchers
- Hybrid working arrangements available - 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home (applicants must be able to work in the office 5 days a week during training)

As you can imagine, you’ll need a broad range of personal skills to succeed, but we don’t expect you to have everything from the start We will coach, train and support you, it’s more important that you have the right interpersonalskills and the intelligence to grasp our business and take us forward.
**We will be looking for**:
- Experience in HR Administration covering the full employee lifecycle
- At a minimum, GCSEs at grade A*-C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Confident telephone manner
- Well organised with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Responsive
- The ability to manage changing priorities and work under pressure
- Sense of urgency
- Resilient
- Flexible with the willingness to 'get stuck in’
- Good team player
