Eden Verandas Ltd, Europe's biggest distributor of Weinor products, has an opening for an experienced administrator with knowledge of Excel & accounting software.

Duties include:

- Entering new orders onto the company's databases using stock and labour codes, exporting these orders to excel to calculate commission for sales agents and sending these calculations to the accounts payable team
- Once designs for orders have been finalised by the technical team, following the procedure for creating bespoke stock codes, editing and finalising the sales orders, raising purchase orders and placing them with our various suppliers
- Raising sales & purchase orders for any additional / replacement parts that may be needed by installers whilst on site on the instructions of the Design & Installation Manager. Raising forms to amend commission payments on the basis of changes made where appropriate
- Booking in stock when deliveries are received from our suppliers and informing the distribution team when all parts are available and orders are ready to be shipped
- Answering ad hoc telephone queries from customers, suppliers and installers
- Providing support and holiday cover for other members of the distribution department

Qualifications required:

- Previous experience processing sales and purchase orders or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using accounts software for data entry and financial record keeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
