**IP Operations Network Specialist**

**Location: Newbury, Birmingham, Manchester, London (*Blended Approach)

Vodafone UK’s blended working approach means you’ll come to your contracted hub location office as and when needed to get things done for your role and for tasks that require it, otherwise you will be able to work from home. Our network operations teams ensure our customers remain connected to their Vodafone services 24/7, constantly monitoring and enhancing network performance. **Role purpose**

This role sits within Vodafone Network Operations, 3rd Line Enterprise Operations providing technical resolutions to Vodafone clients for identity based network access, control and policy enforcement.You will provide operational support of the VodafoneUK Enterprise Network estate for access control and network device administration for both internal and external customers, providing expert knowledge for project delivery, ticket resolution or major incident management.

**What will you be doing?**

As an IP Operations Network Specialist, manages and supports connectivity requests from ticketing systems, taking them through the process of feasibility, approval and deployment onto internal/Enterprise network elements.As part of this role you will beinvolved with project delivery into the operational environment, ensuring mínimal impact to customers/users.This will include identifying potential service design issues, where you would produce design improvement recommendations and work with support teamsand requestors to agree workable solutions.

**Who are we looking for? **
- Experience of Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine) & Cisco WIFI
- Cisco CCNA Accreditation (Cisco CCNP Accreditation would be a distinct advantage)**What’s in it for you?**
