We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Falmouth based customer services team. This role will be key in delivering the continually high standards of customer service levels driven by the Watson-Marlow company values.

Our customer services team is an essential part of the Watson Marlow business. You'll work with our valued customers and colleagues dealing with day-to-day Sales Office transactions, quotations, customer support and signposting.

This is not just about customer services; you’ll also have the opportunity to review and highlight improvements within the department.

Looking for career development? Along with our world class training, you will build both commercial and business skills working in this department, so there are various routes to progress from this role.

**This role will focus on**:

- Provide direct customer contact in taking orders from various communication channels.
- Where appropriate, direct customers and potential clients to the most appropriate team to enable sound decisions to be made on the purchase and use Watson-Marlow Group Company Products.
- Specify and produce standard product quotes within the timescale specified.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Maths & English Grade C or above.
- Previous Customer Services experience including Order Processing and Invoicing is essential.
- As this is a busy and business critical department, so it’s essential you are organised and diligent.
- Full training on our products and systems is provided, but if you have Microsoft AX experience, that could be useful.
