I am currently supporting an exciting Fintech company that are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager. This role will be key in driving the business forward as you help build new relationships with businesses across the country.
Offering a package of between £40,000-£50,000 a car allowance and a OTE of+ £80,000, you will be given the support you need to help drive success.
Business Development Manager Package:

- £40,000-£50,000
- £5,000 Car allowance
- OTE of +£80,000
- 23 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays

Sales Development Manager Duties:

- Bring on national account to increase revenue within the business to reach targets
- Use data to target key areas for improvement as well as implement key changes within the team
- Create new and innovative sales strategies
- Drive-up revenue within the team from new and existing accounts
- Visit clients to build key relationships within organisations
- Experience in self generating leads
- Ideally from a saas sales background
- New business-focused
- Full Driving Licence
