Reporting to the Strategic Lead, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic Talent team, driving and promoting a culture that values talent and performance.

In this key role, you'll attract diverse talent and nurture the growth and development of our existing team members. Your expertise will shape our organisational talent and performance management strategies, ensuring we stay at the forefront of best practices.

You'll develop policies, processes, and tools to support every touchpoint of talent, recruitment, and performance management. Plus, you'll deliver critical talent projects that align with our strategic goals, making a significant impact on our mission.

**Wondering about a day in the life of a Talent & Performance Specialist? You'll**:

- Provide expert input on best practice across talent and performance management approaches.
- Develop and maintain fit for purpose performance management approach, in collaboration with other relevant stakeholders and specialists and the Strategic People Lead
- Develop best in class policies, processes and collateral to support the organisation in talent touch points
- Responsible for promoting and embedding a talent culture across the organization
- Acting as Subject Matter Expert providing industry trends and best practice resourcing policies, processes, and practices Working with the recruitment team to design and implement robust recruitment and selection tools, which support the development of a more diverse workforce, and which ensure a culture of high performance.

**What does it take to be a successful Talent & Performance Specialist?**
- Comprehensive knowledge of best practice equitable attraction and recruitment practice.
- Comprehensive knowledge and applied experience of creating fit for purpose, accessible policies, processes and supporting collateral.
- Applied knowledge of talent attraction, development, growth, identification and retention techniques and best practice,
- Skilled in developing and delivering effective solutions, toolkits, processes and collateral for a large and diverse management audience.
- Skilled in coaching and influencing key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
