HR Administrator

**Main duties**:
- Supporting and contributing to the recruitment and induction process.
- Advising on all performance management interventions and supporting probation activities.
- Undertake investigations into allegations of any misconduct and/or grievances.
- Formulate invite and outcome letters for warnings issued.
- Ensure best practice and consistency is applied throughout the organisation.
- Leading on short
- and long-term absence cases.
- Leading on Maternity and Paternity cases.
**Job requirements**:
A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication skills.
Accuracy in administration skills.
Be able to build effective working relationships with all levels of the team.
