Bare Hall Quality Carers are looking for enthusiastic, committed, and caring individuals to join our friendly, caring and supportive team.
- To be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of all care and support packages and take the appropriate remedial action, in consultation with the Care Coordinators, Managers and Directors
- To manage and cover any unallocated support hours, cover all annual leave and sickness of support staff
- Ensure that support hours are allocated on a weekly basis
- To manage refused support, reporting, recording and relocating staff where needed or tasking with duties required
- To promote effective lines of communication with carers and support workers
- Working closely with the HR and Recruitment Administrator to ensure staffing levels are satisfactory to meet customer needs
- Communicate effectively with the Training Manager to ensure compliance with meeting servicer user needs e.g., medication administration, moving/handling
- At all times present a professional and caring image of the branch, the division, and the Company and demonstrate behaviours reflective of Bare Hall Quality Carers values.
- Build and maintain constructive relationships with customers, relatives, colleagues and health and social care professionals.
- Support the Care Coordinators and Managers by triaging incoming queries during times of high demand
- To ensure that all individuals’ information is recorded accurately and promptly
- Attend all mandatory training events in accordance with regulatory requirements and Company policy
- At all times present a professional and caring image of the branch, the division, and the Company and demonstrate behaviours reflective of Bare Hall Quality Carers values.

**Salary**: £21,625.50 per year
