As we celebrate our 100th anniversary, we are now looking for a People Services Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis, working 22.5 hours per week, for a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Role

As a People Services Advisor, you will provide professional and confidential People Services support and advice to our line managers and employees.

Getting involved in all People Services activities, you will assist with recruitment and induction processes, produce contracts and develop and deliver internal training.

With a focus on employee wellbeing, you will develop employee engagement and recognition programs, implement an online learning platform and update communication platforms.

**Additionally, you will**:

- Promote internal staff surveys
- Input data onto our People Services systems
- Support with organisational compliance with Employment Law
- Assist with analysing data and preparing reports

About You

**To be considered as a People Services Advisor, you will need**:

- HR experience
- Knowledge of employment law
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Excellent IT and report writing skills
- A CIPD level 3 qualification
