Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to join our team. As a Third in charge, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our nursery room. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, experience working with children, and a passion for early childhood education.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise a team of nursery staff members
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Provide guidance and support to nursery staff members
- Foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere for children to learn and grow
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in childcare or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- A genuine love for working with children and helping them develop
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not required
