Receptionist/administration Assistant

Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars where necessary
- Manage incoming mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with organising and coordinating company events or meetings
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bromcom (desirable) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
