Children, Young People and Families Hub Practitioner

**The Role and Department**:
We have opportunities for Children, Young People and Families Hub Practitioners to join the organisation. There are permanent and fixed term positions available. The Children, Young People and Families Hub Practitioners will be responsible for providing effective early intervention, prevention and family services based within community hubs. You will carry a caseload of clients providing assessment, guided self help, psychoeducation, therapeutic courses, workshops, assemblies and more. You will work within the Thrive model, having the needs of children at the centre of your work and ensuring all interactions reinforce positive decision making, resilience and good emotional wellbeing. This is an ideal role for anyone with experience and passion in supporting children and young people to thrive.
**What you will bring to TogMind**:
- Experience of providing support services to members of the public, specifically Children and families
- Experience of managing a case load of clients including all administrative tasks - booking appointments, data input, managing waiting lists
- Experience of supporting people with low level emotional wellbeing and mental health issues
- A passion and enthusiasm to provide effective support and to continually improve services and practice
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 36 per week
**Salary**: £23,587.20 per year
