Lettings Administrator

**About us**:
Let My Homes are a specialist in residential lettings in Blackpool & the surrounding areas. Providing great service and advice to our landlords, tenants and property investors. We pride ourselves on our friendly & professional approach to dealing with all aspects of lettings which gives our clients a full hands off approach to property management.
**Duties**:
- To organise property utilitity accounts and deal with utility companies
- Assisting our clients / landlords with organsing Safety certificates
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- General Office admin day to day tasks
- Rent arrears chasing
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and using database systems.
Pay: £17,783.00-£20,368.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
Expected start date: 01/06/2024
